Property has been my passion since I began my career in Battersea at 19 – nearly 30 years ago. Over the years, that passion has only grown stronger. After two decades living in Marlow, and more than ten years working on the High Street, I’ve built both a deep understanding of the local market and lasting relationships within the community.
Establishing Gemma Parr Residential has been a natural step, shaped by years of experience and the support of clients who recommend me for my attention to detail, clear communication, and creative approach to property marketing.
Today, I’m proud to offer a truly personal, bespoke service that combines extensive industry expertise with local knowledge. Whether you’re buying, selling, or simply seeking advice, my aim is to make the process as seamless and successful as possible.

With over seven years of experience in the property industry, Jade brings both expertise and a personal touch to the team. Having previously worked alongside Gemma in Marlow, their long-standing professional relationship makes her arrival at Gemma Parr Residential all the more special. As Property Consultant, Jade will be involved in every aspect of the business – from property management to supporting clients with buying and selling – always offering warmth, care, and dedication along the way.
